Delete your account

Open the app, go to Profile, and choose the delete-account option. This permanently removes your profile and learning data.

Prefer email? Write to support@bangoo.ai from your account's email address (or include enough detail to identify your account) and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

Your profile (name, preferences, learning settings) and your progress data (XP, streaks, completed lessons) are permanently removed.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example billing records held by the app stores, which are managed under their own policies.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
